Multiple Business Forms has been providing
high quality business forms since 1985.

Multiple Business Forms was founded in 1985 by Laurence A. Smith, who worked for a Fortune 500 printing company for over 21 years as a pegboard/one-write systems specialist. Larry realized there was a need for high quality compatible forms (such as checks, ledger card/statements, journals/daysheets, superslips and time keeping systems, among others). As the product line expanded, many of his clients asked him to run other items as well. He quickly added letterheads, business cards, envelopes, manual multipart forms, labels, 3-On-a-Page checks, and tags to his product line. As computers found their way into many small and medium sized offices, Larry expanded the line to include software compatible forms and checks. The late 80's also marked the introduction of Ad Specialty items for the company such as pens, letter openers, magnets, hats, coffee mugs and many other items.

In January 1992 Larry's son Greg joined the company as a Forms Consultant. By the late 1990's laser printers had appeared in many small to medium sized offices, replacing the continuous forms which had been popular until that time. Accommodating the technological advances, Multiple Business Forms added compatible laser forms and checks to its line.

When Larry retired in October 2008, Greg took over the business. Multiple Business Forms also made a slight name change and officially became known as Multiple Business Forms, LLC.

In 2009, digital full color was added to the product line to meet the needs of short run full color items that are cost effective. 2010 Marked the 25th anniversary for Multiple Business Forms, which proudly continues its tradition of personal service for the small and medium-sized businesses.
